Shark Marine’s CEO Jim Garrington wins 2017 Technical Excellence Award

Mr. Jim Garrington CEO of Shark Marine Technologies is the recipient of the 2017 Technical Excellence Award presented by the Canadian Divers Certification Board of Canada at the Canadian Underwater Conference and Exhibition this week in Ottawa, Ontario.

This award recognizes Jim’s many contributions to advancing technology for divers and the diving industry.   From the first helmet mounted camera’s to modular ROV’s to todays Underwater Diver Held Systems that are currently in use by military, police, scientists and commercial divers world wide.
